"One step forward or one step backward". We all have to make a conscious decision whether to take a step forward to take an initiative or coming forward towards solving a problem or step back and wait till the problem is resolved by someone else or attenuate on its own. deciding whether to take a step forward or step back in any situation is a crucial life skill. Here are some approaches to consider:

  1. Self-awareness and Reflection: Understand your own strengths, weaknesses, and motivations. Ask yourself: Am I stepping back because I genuinely believe someone else is better equipped, or am I avoiding responsibility?
