Trust your partner Part 1

Trust is the key, not the threat (Part-1)

Trust is indeed a foundational element of a healthy relationship. When partners trust each other, they feel secure, which allows for vulnerability and true intimacy.

We should not be felt as a threat to our partner. Not being seen as a threat is part of creating a safe and trusting environment. This means that each partner feels physically and emotionally safe and does not fear judgment, harm, or betrayal from the other.

It is essential for both partners to communicate openly, show respect, and demonstrate their commitment to the relationship in order to maintain trust. This also involves being reliable, keeping promises, and being supportive in difficult times.

Trust is built over time through consistent and supportive actions, and once established, it becomes the cornerstone that can support the growth and deepening of the relationship.
